Levi Malott is a startup veteran with a proven track record across industries and growth stages. He began his career at SpaceX, contributing to space exploration, then joined BetterUp as an early employee to build out AI and data capabilities. As VP of Engineering at Pachama, he drove climate tech innovation from seed to Series B and managed a team of ~40 engineers. Now, as CTO of Weave Bio, he leads development of an AI-powered regulatory platform for bio/pharma companies. Levi enjoys helping founders navigate the messiness of startups and taking a principle-based approach to problem solving.
